We are looking for programs that are registered by your
local government and have a track record of excellence and
professionalism in the services you provide. N4H is not
a funding agency that its primary goal is to support your
organization through loans or grants for program development.
Our relationship is collaborative, using your skills and
organization to provided professional services to others.
However, revenue can be provided to support these services
according to selected needs within N4H projects.
For
example one project may involve five service organizations
with a group of women and their families. Each organization
would commit to working with this group providing specialized
service, which you are experienced in, until the project
is completed. The range of services could consist of one
organization educating children, another providing medical
service, and the remaining business development, Mental
Health counseling, agricultural and farming. These services
might involve all of the women and their families or just
a selected few. This will be determined by our assessment
and diagnostic plan for each project.
If
you are selected as one of the providers on any of our projects
and agree to the services we will contract with you according
to stated support and activity of your organization. N4H
will follow-up and evaluate the progress of the project
with each organization and benefactors to assure its efficacy
and stated outcomes. Changes will be recommended and adjustments
made according to evaluations by N4H team of experts, input
from service providers and benefactors. All projects are
assessed and evaluated regularly and completed with a follow-up
at 6 months for sustainability and other stated goals for
each project.
